Taryn and Lee

Taryn and Lee
I haven't done a shoot at Eden Park for quite some time and I've only done one other engagement session there. So, it was a welcome change of pace for me. The grounds there are so beautiful and there are so many fun places to shoot. We had a blast running from one spot to another! Taryn and Lee hired me for their April wedding at the end of March so I am so glad we had time to get their engagement shoot in before the wedding. They are such a fabulous couple and did I mention they even brought me CAKE?? They had just come from their cake tasting and they brought me a sample piece - Mmmmmmm. I had it as a late night snack :)
Here are a few of my favorites from our time together ...
We shot at the perfect time of day to get some fun 'flare' shots ... so I had a little fun playing with the light ...
I love the look on Lee's face ...
Taryn had on a FABULOUS vintage dress. I love the detail around the hem ...
I love this shot of Taryn trying to get Lee to come smell the flowers ...
I told you we had great light!
Taryn, I HAD to put this one in here ... it was too cute not to post!
the ring shot ...
these last two were shot at the last minute. As we were driving back to our cars, I saw the sunset behind the art sculpture and I looked at them and they said 'You want to shoot there, don't you?' I said 'Ummm, YES!!' So, in order to get the beautiful sunset colors, I did a couple of silhouette shots. They turned out to be some of my favorites.
Well, that's it for today. Taryn and Lee, I am totally pumped for your wedding in a few weeks!! I hope you had a safe trip back to Baltimore.

Sculpture Shots - VERY COOL. Also loved the really "tall" one with all of the background and a hint of sun!

Can't wait for you to "shoot" the kiddos!
