Dane: the 4 month session

Dane and his parent's came to me through a friend of theirs who had admired my work. She bought them a gift certificate for a session with me. After having to reschedule due to weather a couple of times, we finally met up and the session was wonderful! I think this is probably one of my favorite ages for kids. Dane was very interested in the camera ... he kept an eye on me through most of the sesion. It made me laugh - he's a ham! Here are a few of my favorites from our time ...

Love this family. I have photographed them in years past and they have the cutest boys. They are all so well-behaved and are such fun to be around.

this little guys says to me "I LOOOOOOVE YOU" as he gives me a big hug - how cute is that???? Man - I love my job!

The kids wanted to give their parents pictures of them for Christmas last November and I have to say I was so excited about the idea! I had such a great time with them and we had a fabulous fall day to top it all off!

I couldn't believe how much he had grown since our last session!!! He is becoming such a handsome little man and definitely one of my favorites to shoot! He is always in such a good mood and LOVES the camera. We had a great session (as usual with Lucas) ... here are a few of my favorites ...

I love how he carries his monkey like it is a 'fresh kill' ...

He kept reaching out to grab the camera ... and I love this shot! He's such a joy to be around that I was even smiling as I was wiping his little fingerprints off the lens when I got home that evening. So cute.
