Carrie and Jeremy's wedding

Carrie and Jeremy's wedding
Carrie and Jeremy got ready and had their reception at the French House. It was my first time shooting there and I have to say that I fell in love immediately. Everything about this place screams vintage :) I loved all of the vintage wallpaper and running through all of the different rooms. I had such a good time with Carrie and Jeremy at their engagement shoot that I knew the ceremony and reception would be fabulous!
Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day ...
First we have the handmade programs ...
Carrie 'unwrapping' the dress ...
and here it is in all of it's glory ...
the shoes ....
a shot of Carrie getting her makeup done ...
and getting the dress on!!!
Carrie looking absolutely gorgeous ...
Jeremy getting ready with his guys ...
the guys heading down for pictures ...
Carrie and Jeremy did not want to see each other or even 'talk' to each other before the ceremony ... but when I asked Carrie if she wanted to have a 'moment' alone with him (not talking or seeing, but rather just 'being') she loved the idea. So, they had this quiet moment before heading off to the church.
Carrie coming down the aisle ...
the church was FANTASTIC!!
Mr. and Mrs!!
Our dashing groom ...
a couple of portraits of the two of them ...
then it was off to the reception ...
cutting the cake ...
ah .. young love :)
their first dance ...
a dance for mother and son ...
father/daughter dance ...
the end of the evening ... a beautiful ceremony and an even more beautiful couple ...
SLIDESHOW

Carrie and Jeremy, I wish you both a lifetime of happiness.

A big thank you to Karen for helping me out at this wedding! I always have a great time working with you!

Absolutely beautiful! I like the light flares (I am not sure if that is what they are called) in the reception pics!

I was referred to your blog by a friend and I am so glad. Unique ways to capture the moments of the day. My favorite was the reflection of the groom in the window of the limo.
