Heather and Josh

Heather and Josh
I have the wonderful opportunity to second shoot a couple of weddings this year with Karen. I really enjoy doing this from time to time because I get to photograph different events at the wedding. The first one was a couple of weeks ago in KY. I was responsible for covering the guys and I thought I would post a lot of their photos since you never get to see that from me. Obviously there is not a complete story in this post - to see the rest of it, check out Karen's blog (link above).
A still life from the church ...
the ring bearer was so excited, he could barely contain himself :) (or it could be that he just woke up from his nap)
the groom arriving at the church ...
and heading down to get dressed ...
some of Josh's 'getting ready' shots ... NOTE: Josh had already done his hair when he arrived at the church ... so there aren't any photos :)
the couple's colors were orange and blue ... so I had to get one or two color shots of the orange ties!
seriously ... how CUTE is this?
please note the SHOE flying through the air. They were being hurled from one side to the other. MEN!
Love this shot ...
also LOVE this shot ...
here we have the groom getting his boutonniere ... but I was able to grab a quick 'safe' shot and then get a different one along with another groomsman ...
the 'guy' shot ...
the adorable flower girl ...
I did a quick photo of the groom with his groomsman's iPhone ...
then the guys started looking through all of the other photos on the phone ... and apparently Josh's brother found a good one!
a side shot of the bride during the formals ...
the flower girl's basket ... I love her little arm and bracelet ...
I have no words ...
a little flare ...
You can see the groomsmen in the tip of the shoe!
I loved how dad put his hand on his daughter's hand just before going down the aisle ... a sweet moment ...
Mr. and Mrs!!!
again ... no words ...
I loved this first dance shot ... it just makes my heart smile ... this is what it is all about :)

Heather and Josh, if you read this, I would like to wish you a lifetime of happiness. Thank you both for allowing me to assist in capturing your wonderful day!

Karen, thank you SO much for letting me tag along. I had SUCH a good time - a really fun group!
