Teresa and Lee's wedding
I had the wonderful opportunity to work with, yet again, another fantastic couple: Teresa and Lee.
I started my day at the salon with Teresa ...
I love this one ... Teresa is saying that her hair is just a 'leee - tle" too big :)
After the salon we met up with the girls at her mom's house ... where they had quite the spread. Including this array of cookies!
Teresa's mom finishing up some notes ...
Now while, for the most part, I don't photograph people eating ... I liked this one of Teresa eating her mom's homemade applesauce - apparently a favorite of hers :)
some lace detail on the gorgeous dress ...
Karen got to spend the morning with the guys. They played cornhole ...
and then celebrated their amazing talents ...
then the guys headed inside to get ready. Here is Lee reading a card ...
the ring bearer showed up ... how cute is he?
and here he is with Lee. Teresa and Lee had gifts for the kids ... in this case, batman action figures. I love how these two look like 'bookends' ...
then they headed off to the church to meet up with the rest of the wedding party ...
I followed the girls to the vineyard. And one of the main roads we needed to take was closed ... but that didn't stop the limo driver (or me) from going right around the barracades ...
this is one of my favorite shots of Teresa getting ready to put on the dress. The girls were holding it up and getting it ready for her and her smile is just great!
their videographer interviewed people before the ceremony ....
and Teresa got a bit choked up during hers ...
Teresa and Lee seeing each other for the first time that day ... which they decided to do before the ceremony so that we would have more time with them alone ...
Teresa headed down the 'aisle' ...
and wiping a tear from Lee's cheek ...
the new Mr. and Mrs!
just a few portraits before the reception started ...
then it was time for the reception to start ...
their first dance ...
a few speeches ... and toasts ...
a dance with her father ...
a dance with his mother ...
as usual, there were lots more photos that I loved. These are just a few. Please see the slideshow below for more.
Teresa and Lee, I wish you both all the best and a lifetime of happiness. I enjoyed working with both of you and your families who welcomed us in with open arms.
and another big thank you to Karen for helping me out and doing a great job!
