Chambers Packer Studio

I first entered this hair studio last July when one of my bride's was getting her hair done. I went about my business and was happy when Christopher didn't seem bothered by me buzzing around him as he worked. I got some really fun shots while I was there and it wasn't until a month later that my bride mentioned to me that her stylist loved the photos I had made at his hair studio. She also mentioned that he is extremely particular and that it was a big compliment that he had taken such an interest. I was flattered.

Fast forward about 10 months ... and I get an email from Christopher. He and his partner are putting together a new website and they want me to come out and do some photographs for them. He said he wanted shots of them working - similar to what I would do at a wedding, with a few portraits of the haircuts they did that day. I was so excited!

I have to make mention of something before we move on. I have NEVER seen anyone work a more PRECISE cut than the three stylists at this salon. They are all so unbelieveably talented with an eye for detail that rivals any. I think it is safe to say that they are professionals in the highest sense of the word.

I love this next shot, Christopher was setting up the next shot and I decided that I liked the way it looked with his hands in the photo ... so I photographed it that way.
